We aim to offer a wide range of viewing appointments to cover the needs of tenants. This includes evening and Saturday appointments, subject to availability.
Application Form
Having decided on a property you are requested to complete an Application form. We get references and take credit checks on behalf of the Landlord. If you are unable to meet these checks, you may be required to have a Guarantor to underwrite any liabilities.
Rent Payment
Rents are normally quoted per calendar month. In addition, you are liable for Council Tax, Water rates, Gas, Electricity and any Telephone charges. Rents are paid by standing order with the first month’s rent due before taking occupation of the property.
Security Deposit
A Security deposit is also required prior to occupation. In line with legislation we will transfer your deposit to an approved deposit scheme (such as Safe Deposits Scotland). You will receive confirmation of this and your deposit will be held securely until the end of your tenancy.
